What is the little book and what are the contents?

The Little Book is the Book of Redemption. The little Book is the Bible but not just the letter per see. It is the revelation of the written word from Genesis to Revelation. It is the Spirit that gives life. Today we can see the scriptures being revealed to us from the beginning in the Book of Genesis to the end in the Book of Revelation. To have the revelation of God’s written word brings life. There are people who used the Bible as a Safe to keep money and documents. Others claim to go through the Bible from Genesis to Revelation every year. But if the contents are not reveal to the person, then the person is no different from someone who has not read the Bible. The Bible must be revealed to you to be able to share the redemption story. Of course reading the Bible alone may not spark a revelation. The word needs to be spoken just like what Philip did for the Ethiopian Eunuch. (cf. Acts. 8: 26-40 The contents of the little Book are Spiritual Truths. Therefore, he who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the Churches.

John was told to eat the Book (Rev.10:8-10) What does this mean?

First, we must understand what John saw in the Island of Patmos were series of visions which showed pictorial scenes and symbols. The sealed Book in Revelation 5:1-5 is the little book we see in Revelation 10:2-10. It was now an open book in the hand of the mighty Angel to be revealed to those who will consume it. John was told to eat the book. This imagery of eating a book is also found in Ezekiel 2:9-3:3 and Jeremiah 15:16. Some ministers believe the little book is the same book Daniel was told to seal up. The book mentioned in Daniel 12:4 is just a part of the prophetic word. A portion of the word was given to the Prophets in the Old Testament in their respective ages and later to the Apostles as we see in the New Testament. Daniel was told to seal the Book to the End. Therefore, all what Daniel and other prophets saw are to be revealed this End Time. God has given gifts unto men. May God help us to find the kind of Ambassadors for Christ the Apostle Paul mentioned in 2 Cor.5:20 who will help open our eyes to see, understand, assimilate, absorb biblical scriptures: Or, using the terminology, “Eat the Book”.

Where was the Garden of Eden located?

The Land of Canaan was the very place where the Garden of Eden was located and where Man had his beginning in an environment rich with the beauty of God’s creations. God’s relationship with Man began here. It is therefore obvious that God had chosen this place where He would deal with His chosen people and dwell with them forever.

Satan has caused much trouble in this place since the dawn of Man. Today, many religious and political conflicts are still prevalent in the land. It is certainly not what we would expect of a land that is “beautiful” and “pleasant” and which was supposed to be a delightful paradise. Yet, the Lord God had chosen that place to make His Presence known and to put His Name in the midst of it. God has allowed His adversary to somewhat ‘hinder’ His Divine Plan for a season that the Gospel might be preached to the Gentiles (Rom.11:24-25). But eventually all things will be fulfilled according to His Eternal Plan. Yes, I believe the Light of the Shekinah Glory will soon shine upon God’s chosen people again in the midst of Israel – for the last time – to establish Itself there forever.

Excerpts from, “Where is the Garden of Eden Located?” [Rev. Richard Gan]

Why didn’t any of Jesus’ disciples baptize according to Matthew 28:19, even though He commissioned it?

The disciples who later became Apostles never disobeyed Jesus when they all baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ as we read in the Book of Acts. Water Baptism has been tampered with in so many ways by tradition of men. All of which are unscriptural. You have the infant baptism and sprinkling as examples. Baptism is by immersion and how do you call an infant to repentance? Read these scriptures (Matthew 3:16; Acts 8:38; Romans 6:4). The triune baptism only became a standard liturgy during the third century. It was an error brought into the Church at the Nicaea Council in 325 AD that gained recognition in Christendom.

Some say they rather take to what Jesus said than what Peter said about baptism. But is all scripture not given by the inspiration of God? (Read 2Timothy 3:16) If you look at Peter’s teaching, and also Paul’s teaching, you will see that both taught and practiced baptism in the name of Jesus Christ. If anybody can cast out these two men’s teachings out of the Bible, then they might as well cast away the whole Bible. Paul certified that the gospel which was preached by him, he neither received it of man, neither was he taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ. (Galatians 1:11-12)

Revelation is the crux of the matter in this mystery of water baptism. It is a lack of it when people say things like I rather take what Jesus said than what Peter or Paul said. It is what happens when people read the letter without an understanding. Just like the 70 who left because Jesus said, “Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink His blood, ye have no life in you.” (John. 6:53) They brought up false witnesses during Jesus’ trial who said, they heard Him say: I will destroy this temple made with hands, and within three days I will build another made without hands. (Mark 14:58) Yes, that is what Jesus said in John 2:19 but is that what He meant. ” But He was speaking of the temple of His body.”(John 2: 21) The disciples came to understand this after the resurrection of Jesus. (Read John 2:22). How many people literally pluck out their right eye when it causes them to sin? But that is what Jesus said in Matthew 5: 29. Of course that is not what He meant. I am trying to draw your attention to the importance of revelation.

The Church was built upon the revelation of Jesus Christ. He said to Peter upon this rock I will build my Church. (Matthew 16:18) Jesus did not give Peter the keys to open the door of his living room. The keys were given to unlock scriptures for those who would be privileged to understand the mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven. When he preached his first sermon on the day of Pentecost and telling the people to repent and be baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, he was not a foolish man or in error. It was done by a revelation. Regarding the words spoken by Jesus and recorded in Matthew 28: 19 telling them to baptize in the name of Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost: Father, Son and Holy Ghost are titles and not names. Just like your biological father has a name and likewise your son. Meditate upon the following scriptures:

Jesus said, “I have come in my Father’s name, and you do not receive Me; if another comes in his own name, him you will receive”. (John 5: 43)

“And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name JESUS, for He will save His people from their sins”. (Matthew 1: 21)

“When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him.”(Matthew 3: 16)

Jesus is The Christ because of the anointing by the Holy Spirit. Here comes the revelation. The name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit is the Lord Jesus Christ. Someone said the scripture is like a golden treasure in a silver box. I hope people will not only look at the silver but get the gold. This can only happen by a revelation.

You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they that testify of Me. (John 5: 39)

I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. (John 16: 12-13) These scriptural texts tell us that there were things that were not revealed to the disciples while there were on earth with Jesus. The Holy Spirit will show them these things when Jesus was gone. In other words, NEW truths will be revealed by the Spirit. The Spirit revealed to the Apostles to Baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus and not in the titles of Matt. 28:19. They now understood what Jesus meant and baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ under the influence of the Holy Spirit.

Can a divorced Christian woman remarry?

The following scriptures will give us the answer:

For the woman who has a husband is bound by the law to her husband as long as he lives. But if her husband dies, she is released from the law of her husband. So then if, while her husband lives, she marries another man, she will be called an adulteress; but if her husband dies, she is free from that law, so that she is no adulteress, though she has married to another man. (Romans 7: 2-3)

Now to the married I command, yet not I but the Lord: A wife is not to depart from her husband. But even if she does depart, let her remain unmarried or she be reconciled to her husband. And husband is not to divorce his wife. (1 Corinthians. 7:10)

The Apostle Paul comes now with a series of concessions:

But to the rest I, not the Lord, say: If any brother has a wife who does not believe, and she is willing to live with him, let him not divorce her. And a woman who has a husband who does not believe, if he is willing to live with her, let her not divorce him. For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband; otherwise your children will be unclean, but now they are holy. But if the unbeliever departs, let him depart; a brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases. But God has called us to peace. (1 Corinthians 7:12-15) I believe this is clear and easy to understand.

This is what Jesus said about marriage:

But I say to you that whoever divorces his wife for any reason except sexual immorality causes her to commit adultery; and whoever marries a woman who is divorced commits adultery. (Matthew 5: 32)

What happens then in a home where there is serious domestic violence that may even lead to death? The brother or sister may depart or be separated to avoid harm. But if he or she departs to remain unmarried or be reconciled. The grounds for a Christian to remarry are when the spouse dies, or one commits sexual immorality or the unbelieving partner chose to depart according to Apostle Paul’s concession he/she is not under bondage. But God has called us to peace. So give room for reconciliation.

Why did Adam have Nipples?

No one ever saw Adam to notice whether he had nipples or whether he had a navel or not. I will deal with the latter later. Common sense allows us to think and use the intelligence God Has given us. If man has nipples, it is likely that Adam had nipples too. But what is the use of nipples in a man? If everything God created, he created it for a purpose. Then, what is the purpose of a man’s nipples?

“With the Lord’s help, I will attempt to give a better picture as to why Adam had nipples. You may or may not agree with me. This is not a doctrinal issue to debate over. This is to provide an understanding of the mystery, the mysterious way our God had so designed MANKIND. O mystery!
Why did Adam have nipples? Why do men have nipples?

The navel shows that we had a connection to our physical mother. Similarly, the nipples was God’s design to show a connection between the MALE and the FEMALE.” [ Rev Richard Gan] Read More

Why didn’t the man Adam have a navel?

I believe this answer is straight forward and mentioned already. Adam was the first man but he did not have a navel. It is because Adam was not born of a woman. The navel marks the spot the umbilical cord was once attached. The navel is also called Belly Button. We know the umbilical cord is where nutrients are transported from mother to the baby in the womb. Adam was made by God and had no biological mother. (Genesis 2:7) The navel shows that we had a connection to our physical mothers.

Assuredly, I say to you this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place. (Matt.24:34) What Generation?

It is the generation that will see the Fig tree budding as mentioned in the parable. Jesus Christ spoke many times in parables and said the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven has been given to the disciples. Please read this article to understand the parable of the fig tree: French Jews Leaving for Israel in great numbers.

Is speaking in tongues the evidence of Holy Spirit Baptism?

No. I went to visit a local Christian group many years back. I arrived when it was prayer time. All through the prayer meeting people were just speaking in so-call tongues. When the prayer ended I asked the Pastor if he had some interpretations for the tongues because I didn’t understand the strange languages he and his Church members were using. The Pastor got very angry and said I was trying to quench his spirit. He quoted me the scripture the Apostle Paul said I speak in tongues more than you all to defend his zeal to speak in tongues. I told him to read the entire passage. That infuriated him the more. A few years later the Pastor came to see that what I told him about speaking in tongues were based on scriptures and he stopped to train his members to speak in tongues. One of his church members even confessed that he used to speak in tongues that was fake just to profess he too has the gift. You don’t train people to speak in tongues. You preach the word and if anyone desires the gift to pray for it.

Is speaking in Tongues the evidence of Holy Spirit Baptism? No. The scriptures in Acts 2: 1-4; 10:44-46 and others that some Christians base their conclusion speaking in tongues is the evidence of the Holy Spirit baptism have been misunderstood. The circumstances why these tongues happened had special significances. The Jews require a sign and God gave them a sign as He had promised. “With stammering lips and another tongue will He speak to this people.’ (Isaiah 28:11-12) The Bible tells us that the Jews require a sign and the Greeks seek after wisdom. (1 Corinthians 1:22) The languages that were spoken when the Holy Spirit came down on the day of Pentecost were known tongues as the people around could understand what was being said in their own languages. They needed no interpreter. It was great sign which captivated the people and drew their attention. “Tongues are for a sign, not to them that believe, but to them that believe not. (1 Corinthians 14:22a) We all know how unbelieving many of the Israelites were. They even had to crucify the Lord Jesus. Some may argue that what about the gentile Cornelius and people with him who also spoke in tongues when he received the Holy Spirit. But if they didn’t speak in tongues would the Jews have believed that they have also received the Holy Spirit? Of course not. You know the religious gap that existed between the gentiles and the Jews. The speaking in tongues was of great significance.

There are nine gifts of the Holy Spirit and speaking in tongues is just one of them.
The Holy Spirit can manifest any one of these gifts through a believer. It will be wrong to automatically conclude that the person has been baptized with the Holy Spirit.

And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought. (Rev.12:7) Which heaven?

This fight did not take place in God’s dwelling place(Heaven) but on earth in Eden’s heaven. The earth was a paradise (a place of delight) when God created it and Lucifer, son of the morning was given a position of authority. I told someone there were other animals present in this Eden(heaven) the Bible mentioned in Isaiah 14: 12-17; Ezekiel 28:12-19. It was the first Eden God created made for the angelic beings and other creatures. He said the Bible doesn’t mention that. But the clue is in Rev. 12.7. Note that the Dragon is mention. The dragon is a beast. Although it is used in the scripture to represent Lucifer, there must have been an animal called dragon or Serpent. Yes, it is called the old Serpent in Rev. 12:9. There is a reason why this beast, dragon was singled out, projected and called by name. The reason why the Serpent was singled out and called by name in the Garden of Eden was because of its involvement in the fall of man.
The angelic beings were tested on earth and then came man to be tested in the Garden of Eden. Lucifer was already a fallen angel before Adam and Eve were created. The earth is God’s testing ground. Heaven is used many times in the Bible. It is important to understand the text and context applicable to the usage as heaven can mean several realms. It could mean the realm of the sky, where birds dwell. It could represent an area farther removed from the earth’s surface. It could also represent the realm in which the sun, moon, and the stars are located. Heaven is the abode of the angels. It is the eternal dwelling place of the saints in resurrection glory. Heaven, is also represented in the Bible as the dwelling place of God. Where is Heaven? You can point to any of these places depending on the discussion. Is Heaven here on earth? In this present life, heaven, is the region of the spiritual citizenship of believers. (Phil. 3:20) We cannot see it but we can sure feel it. It is a place of rest and peace where believers find comfort in Christ Jesus. “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.”(Luke. 10:18) Which heaven? Certainly not the abode of God. The morning star was stripped from his authority in the first Eden and he became a fallen angel.
Did Adam and Eve feel the impact of the fall in the Garden of Eden? Of course. Anyone who falls from heaven(paradise)in to spiritual darkness will fill the impact. But thank God for Christ Jesus.

Who caused Lucifer to sin?

I listened to video where one man said sin came from a Lab. He said God created everything perfectly good and the mixture by man brought sin. It is like what happens when you mix the wrong elements, and what you get is an explosion. Or like what happens when a good man and a good woman commits fornication. Too many good things God created have been mixed up on this planet earth to produce a bad product and mankind is destroying himself. Lucifer caused himself to sin. The Bible tells us he was perfect in all his ways from the day he was created till iniquity was found in him. He was not satisfied with his estate and was thinking he could ascend into heaven; he could exalt his throne above the stars of God. Many people blame Satan today for every error they make and sin they commit. While Satan has been known to weaken the nations, it is also because mankind has surrendered to his vices. They can always blame it on Satan. Satan is not the fall guy per se for he deserves the hatred because his malicious actions are visible. But God has given us a way of escape through Christ Jesus. We cannot blame Satan anymore but ourselves.

Was an Ape always the closest animal to man?

The only animal that could well understandably communicate with man audibly and in the same language was the Serpent. Genesis. 3: 1-14 gives the details. It is clear from this account that the Serpent was an upright creature and only became the crawling snake after the curse. Therefore, the Serpent was the closest animal to man prior the curse. Please, see the illustration on the right.
